1. Refund Eligibility

(a) Digital Products:

1- games (7 days + less than 2h of playtime to be eligible).

2- cosmetics (24h + item will be revoked).

3- consummables (these are non-refundable such as currencies, gems..etc)

(b) Physical Products: We do not provide refunds for physical products (merchandise, DVDs, etc.) unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence (photos, videos) for further assistance.

2. Requesting a Refund

3. Refund Process

(a) Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
